Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotes and work carried out by P Black and Son, 29 Altikeeragh Road, Coleraine, BT51 4SH. Your written quote and any order confirmation form part of your agreement with us.

Quotes and surveys

Surveys and quotes are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are based on the measurements and specification agreed at survey.

Orders and payment

A 65% deposit is required to place your order with the manufacturer.
The balance is due on the day the job is completed.
We do not offer finance.

Made-to-measure products

Products are made to order to your measurements and specification. Changes after the order is placed may not be possible or may incur extra cost.

Guarantees

We supply products from manufacturers. Guarantees are provided by the manufacturer and vary by brand; Origin products carry a 20-year manufacturer's guarantee. Guarantee details for your product will be confirmed with your quote.

Aftercare

Aftercare call-outs are free for doors we have fitted. Call-outs for doors we did not fit are chargeable.

Showroom

Our showroom is open by appointment only.
