Local challenges
What Lisburn homes are up against
Local guide
Planning your project in Lisburn
Suburban extensions in Lisburn
Across Lisburn's suburbs, extensions to family homes are common, and the doors you choose make a big difference to how the new space feels. Bi-folds suit families who open the doors fully in summer; sliders suit those who want more glass and a clearer view. We'll help you choose at the survey.
Upgrading older double glazing
Many Lisburn homes have double glazing that's now 20 or more years old, with failed seals and tired hardware. If the frames are sound, replacing misted units through Coleraine Glass may be enough. If not, new aluminium windows give slimmer frames and a fresh look.
Lagan Valley countryside
Rural properties across the Lagan Valley often have generous plots and long views. New builds and conversions here suit glazed gables, large sliders and steel internal screens. Involve us at the design stage for the best result.
One team from survey to aftercare
Even at the far end of our coverage, you get the same family team for the whole job. If a door we fitted needs looking at later, the aftercare call-out is free.
What to expect on fitting day in Lisburn
On fitting day our team protects your home, removes the old frames and fixes, packs and seals the new windows or doors. Every opening part is tested before we hand over. We tidy as we go and explain how to operate and care for your new frames, and the balance is due on the day the job is complete.
Seeing products before you choose
If you'd like to see products before deciding, we can bring samples of finishes, handles and glass to your Lisburn survey, or you can book an appointment at our Coleraine showroom.
Making a phased plan
If you're upgrading a Lisburn home over time, we can plan the work in stages, starting with garden doors on an extension and following with windows later. We'll keep a record of the finishes and hardware chosen so everything matches, and quote each stage separately.
Free survey, no pressure
Every Lisburn job starts with a free survey and a written quote. There's no obligation and no pressure to decide on the day; take the quote away, compare it with others and call us when you're ready to go ahead.
