Across Northern Ireland we work on coastal homes, town terraces, suburban semis, farmhouses, conversions and new self-builds. Each needs a different approach, which is why every job starts with a proper survey.

Local challenges
What Northern Ireland homes are up against
Local guide
Planning your project across Northern Ireland
The north coast
Most of our work is on the Causeway Coast and around Coleraine: Portrush, Portstewart, Castlerock, Bushmills and Ballycastle. Coastal homes take the full force of Atlantic weather, so we focus on robust, low-maintenance aluminium and steel frames and careful sealing at installation.
Inland market towns
Inland, we work across market towns such as Ballymoney, Ballymena and Limavady, where extensions to family homes and full window replacements are the most common jobs. Many customers combine new garden doors with matching windows.
Belfast and Lisburn
We also supply and fit Origin aluminium and RK Steel in Belfast and Lisburn, from Victorian terraces to suburban extensions and city renovations. The same family team handles every job, wherever it is.
Countryside and self-builds
Across rural Northern Ireland, we work on farmhouses, conversions and new self-builds, often with glazed gables, large sliders and bi-folds. For these projects we coordinate with your builder and plan delivery on rural lanes at the survey stage.
What to expect on fitting day
Wherever you are, our team arrives with your made-to-measure products, protects your home, removes the old frames, and fits, packs and seals the new ones. Every opening part is tested, the site is tidied, and we walk you through how everything works before we go. The balance is due on the day of completion.
Glass work across Northern Ireland
Our sister business Coleraine Glass supplies and replaces glass staircases, double glazing units, mirrors and splashbacks. If you only need glass, that's the team to ask.
Products we supply
Origin aluminium is our best seller, with a 20-year manufacturer's guarantee. RK Steel is our main steel brand for internal and external windows and doors. We also supply Palladio and Bel'M, so we can recommend what genuinely suits your home rather than pushing a single product.
Why families choose a local team
Choosing a family business means the people who survey your home are the people who fit it and handle aftercare. There are no handovers between salespeople, surveyors and subcontracted fitters, and you always know who to call. That's how we've worked for 15 years.
